Reservation Timing Your reservation time indicates when your table is expected to be ready; however, please be aware that this does not guarantee immediate seating at the exact time. We will do our best to accommodate your reservation promptly.

Modifying Your Reservation If you cannot attend at your reserved time, please cancel your reservation as soon as possible, which can be done through your confirmation SMS.

Reservation Hold Time Reservations during lunch hours are held for a grace period of 5 minutes. After this time, your reservation may be subject to cancellation or reassignment, especially during high-demand periods.

Deposits for Large Parties

- For parties of 10 to 15 guests, a $100 deposit is required.

- For parties of 15 to 30 guests, a $200 deposit is required.

- For parties greater than 30 guests, a $500 deposit is required.

- Deposits can be canceled with a full refund if done 48 hours in advance. Upon your arrival, the deposit will be transferred to your table check when seated.

Self-Booking Limit Our system allows self-booking for parties up to 15 people. For any bookings exceeding this limit, direct arrangements are required to ensure proper accommodation.
